We want you to love your Little Words as much as we loved making them for you. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn, non-customized pieces within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific bracelets or accessories you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the request.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received, we will process your refund or send out your new selection within 7-10 business days.
