Our bracelets are crafted using high-quality materials including glass crystals, semi-precious stones, and gold-plated brass accents. Each piece is designed to be durable and meaningful for daily wear.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom 'Design Your Own' bracelets are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically process within 3-5 business days. Custom orders may take up to 7-10 business days to hand-craft before they are shipped out to you.
Can I wear my bracelets in the water?
To maintain the longevity and luster of your beads and gold-plated charms, we recommend removing your bracelets before swimming, showering, or applying lotions and perfumes.
